Help! 6 days of positive OPKs

Hi everyone! I’m looking for some insight here/ I’ve got regular cycles, and I track my ovulation. Religiously get a positive opk CD 13/14. I got my period and started testing ovulation at CD 8 like usual. I got a blazing positive, highest it has ever been, for sure positives every single day since (now CD 12) I have no idea what’s going on. I’ve have some ovulation pain on my right side but that’s about it. Anyone else been through this?? Pic below, I didn’t add tonight’s but it was the exact same.
