Omg 😳 this is positive and I am super scared.

I just had a ectopic pregnancy a month and half ago and my right ovary started to hurt a few days ago. I been testing for ovulation and today it’s super positive. I am scared now because yesterday I had sex and he finished inside, but I didn’t see this coming. I don’t know what to do now. Should I call my doctor and tell her. She wanted me to wait until next month and to have a period before trying again. What do y’all think? Should it be ok or what to do now?
