15dpo negative tests spotting
Had spotting on 13dpo and 14dpo. Period was due on 14dpo. Now 15dpo and no spotting and negative tests. Should I be concerned? This is what happened to me the last time I had an ectopic pregnancy and I’m starting to get nervous. I’ve had one healthy pregnancy and knew I was pregnant 9dpo super early! My periods are usually very regular so if being 2days late is a little weird. Maybe implantation bleeding?
