I feel like somethings wrong

I took this test 2 days after my period ENDED. My period was weird this cycle, dark brown and red mainly (sorry tmi) but darker then usual. I had really bad cramping and the whole time it felt like somebody had carved a gaping whole in my uterus. Basically I’ve never had painful periods until I had my chemical miscarriage 2 months ago. After my miscarriage I tested negative of course and decided to try again. Fast forward, I unfortunately get my period. 4-5 days of heavy heavy bleeding. I don’t usually have heavy periods either. So I decide to take a test for “fun” after my period ends and get a smudge faint thing. And so I tested again today and got this. This whole time I’m having really bad abdominal pain and pressure but I though it was just my period. Lots of lower pressure in my back right now. Could this be an eptopic? I feel like something as wrong. Usually my tests are BRIGHT white after my period and this one just feels off. Thinking about going to the doctor today just to rule it out
