Catching feelings for Fwb -F20

I’ve known him for about 2 years we met on a dating app and months into talking we realized we weren’t really compatible we ended up stop talking for 6 months and got back in contact with eachother that’s when we agreed to be fwb and started a sexual relationship (May of this year) as time goes on I realize I may have feelings for him when he mentions anything with other girls or anything of that nature I do get kind of jealous but I play it off like it doesn’t bother me I’ve even tried to it play of off so bad that I’ve told him that I would never date him before

We have a genuine friendship it isn’t just based off sex recently he has mentioned that he doesn’t know why he waste his time meeting new people when he has me but sometimes it’s hard to read him and see if he’s just talking to talk or if he actually means it a couple months ago we briefly talked about what it would be like if we dated (pictures below) He has a history of not being able to keep a relationship all the stories he’s told me is that he essentially he gets bored of the person

My question is should I tell him I have feelings for him? Or should I just not say anything so I don’t ruin what we have? He’s out of town visiting family and me thinking about what he’s doing made me realize I’ve been in denial about having feelings for him
