Lots of lightheadedness in 2nd trimester?

I am 13 weeks along with didi twins. This week I've had a few days where I'm so lightheaded and short of breath that it's difficult to do much of anything, let alone chase my 15 month old around the house! I literally have to just sit and do nothing. I had a lot of crazy symptoms with my first pregnancy, but nothing like this. Is this common to multiples pregnancies?

I'm 22 weeks with mono di twin girls and I have been that way for weeks even fainted twice and my doctor said that was normal our bodies going through a lot just take your time and stay hydrated

Sounds about right. I'm 25 weeks with di di twins. With my singleton pregnancy, I started feeling more energized at this point. With the twins, I am going downhill - super fatigued, dizzy, exhausted. I just had blood drawn and it turns out I am anemic so I will be taking another iron supplement. Anemia is pretty common with twin pregnancies so that could be what is going on for you too.

Am pregnant with twins and this has been my experience as well...not sure that it's because of twins, or pure exhaustion because we also have an 8month old though.
