Possibly ovulating?
I was recently diagnosed with PCOS & took letrozole cycle days 3-7. I got my peak on December 7th! I’m now 2 days late & all my tests are negative. I started having weird cramps & ewcm so I took an opk.. blazing positive peak! It is possible to ovulate twice? I just started temping over the past 5 days so I’ve only confirmed ovulation by cm & opks.
