I got diagnosis with PCOS on January 2023 & actively trying to get pregnant with no periods or ovulation , my OBGYN decided a D&C with laparoscopic surgery and ruling out endometriosis would be the best option and I got everything cleaned inside my uterus and polyps removed , one polyp went to lab & came back with pre-cancer cells & had very abnormal thick walls , I was placed an IUD to help reduce the thickness of my walls and get them to normal state , 3 months after IUD was placed I got a biopsy & results came back still abnormal with hyperplasia w/ out atypia so I have to keep eating healthy lose more weight & go back to get 2nd biopsy in Feb 2024 & hopefully comes back normal & get IUD taking out , & try for baby , if by the end of 2024 everything is still abnormal & not fixing it’s self , I will have to get a hysterectomy & I will be devastated , having 1 baby would be my dream & I really need people’s support & stories that are similar to mine , I feel so alone in this journey , I feel like my body’s issues are too complex 😔
