Numb and painful hands 2nd trimester
I.wake.up several times a night with severelynumb and excruciatinglypainful hands. Im not laying on them ot beding them weird. Once this dtarted about a momth ago i started sleeping with my arms stretch out in hopes that it would help but it hasnt. The only thing that helps is sitting up or standing. Im not getting any sleep. Even holding my.phone and texting.on it causes my hands to go numb.
