I spent the night in the ER

I woke up around 12 am to old discharge. I was alarmed because it was so much more than I’ve had in the past. I am almost 12 weeks and decided to go in to the ER. I spent 6 hours there with them running tests, ultra sounds etc. the bleeding had stopped by then. They discharged me with one Doctor saying everything is alright, baby was moving with a heart rate of 154. But another doctor told me to make an appointment with my OB in a week because I’m high risk for miscarriage. I was left feeling confused. Baby’s placenta is about a quarter inch from my cervix.
