My 1st doctor appointment was very upsetting and the anxiety I been feeling now continues. I was 7 weeks and 5 days measuring 6 weeks 1 day with heartbeat of only 77 bbm. Took bloodwork for prenatal, progesterone and HCG. Going back for blood work 48 hours after. Follow up scan in a week. I know exactly my dates with everything and it just doesn’t align itself with this much of a discrepancy. They say that sometimes it happens but I think what’s really worrying me. The most is the low heart rate.

 did anyone else have a similar first ultrasound?
