So I’ve been charting for a couple years now and my period is usually right on on point, sometimes give or take a day or two. Last month, my period was a week late so it automatically updated my calendar and moved my ovulation window up by a week. However, I’m now a week late for my period again. While my husband and I didn’t have sex during the “updated” ovulation cycle, we did the week before where the original cycle would’ve been had that last period not been late. So..my question is..is it possible that my last period being late didn’t effect my normal ovulation cycle and that I really did ovulate a week before as originally anticipated? Does that happen? I feel like as a woman, I should understand this more haha..
