Good Evening!

My LO started having these red bumpy spots on his face 2 days ago. He usually has them on his cheeks but the under the eye has me a bit concerned. We went to his pedia the day before so we didn’t get to ask nor have any answers so I thought I could ask here.

There hasn’t been a change on his diet but he currently has an ear infection but the other times he had them, he’s never had the redness under the eye. Do you guys think it’s something I should be worried about? If so, what is it?
