Firstly pumping doesn't really indicate your supply. Start by calming down, how often do you pump? How long do you pump each session? Are you eating and drinking well? I'm a pumping mama aswell, I know your struggle, I'm 3 months in now. It's very important if you want to keep pumping even when you think that there is no milk, stimulation will increase milk supply. You need to pump atleast 6-8 times a day, including nights, 15-20minutes each time. It's important to find a right breast pump and flanges that fit your nipples. Eat well, drink plenty. You can try fenugreek supplements or tea it can increase milk. You can try power pumping, you can google it :) And the most important thing is to let go of the stress, it affecta supply. Try not to look on how.much you pump, oxytocin is needed for good milk supply, cuddle your baby and let you body absorb all the oxytocin. Good luck!

And forgot to mention, try putting the baby on the breast, even if it isn't for too long. Babies are very good at getting milk out, stimulating breasts to peoduce more. If you have inverted nipples try put on a pump for couple of minutes to get the nipple plump up and try breastfeeding after.

How often are you pumping? Has baby seen an IBCLC for latching issues. Baby will latch with inverted nipples.
