I try to hand express milk nothing comes out!! 38w pg

So i’ve been trying to hand express milk since I was 36weeks pregnant and nothing comes out 🥺 not even a little drop im currently 38weeks pregnant and im afraid when i give birth my baby will latch on dry breasts i dont know i’ve heard stories about moms expressing colostrum 2-3weeks before giving birth. I really want to breastfeed my baby any tips on how to increase colostrum or milk flow?
