Does anyone recommend PreSeed?

My husband and I have been actively trying for a baby for a year. Does anyone recommend PreSeed?? I read the reviews I may try it.

We used it this month, but AF isn't die til the 12th so I don't know yet if it "worked" or not. I don't expect it to perform miracles but I'll take any nudge in the right direction I can get.
