Diet help..
Hi ladies so im about to have my second and last baby in 5 weeks i really want to diet when ive had him im so big now it’s horrendous i never lost no baby weight from my first baby i went from a size 10 to a size 14 like 10 stone to 14 and a half and now im not short of 18 stone i hate the way i look like its seriously starting to depress me!
I have added photos for reference its so bad i dont even have ankles anymore 😭
Now my issue is i dont like plain water it makes me gag i also dont like many veggies but i like my fruit etc i have got a weighted hoola hoop and some resistance bands to start training at home for a few weeks after birth, also got some waist trainers one of which is insulated to help sweat the stomach area.
Im thinking about buying them weight loss injections / pills / drops but not sure wether they are worth it and. Ido want to breast feed for a while.
Please any help / tips are extremely appreciated!
