Has anyone had a chemical and then become pregnant the very next cycle?

So last cycle my husband and I got pregnant with our very first baby but I had what I think was a chemical pregnancy because I lost it at 4.5 weeks 😞 we were so sad. I took 10 tests on 13, 14, and 15 dpo and all were positive. I started spotting, then it turned to heavy bleeding on or around 16 DPO. The bleeding was extremely heavy for 4 days with some severe cramping the first 2.5 days. My doctor told me it was a chemical probably since I was under 5 weeks. My blood test then showed my hcg at a 5.

I am currently at 10 DPO right now hopeful to get a positive in the next week. I’m scared to test too early and end up with another chemical. I might wait a little longer this time. Any thoughts?!
