Id be 10 weeks I’ve been having a spotting the past day and then yestuday it got worse it was more liquidy and there was more not enough to fill a pad though and I went into the er as I have a uti as well and just wanted to make sure and they said unfortunately I lost the baby there’s no heartbeat but I have no cramping at all and the bleeding is back to being super super light and pink again ? They took like 50 ultrasound pictures and even did a vaginal as well so I doubt they were wrong or missed this but I’m confused why I’m not bleeding or cramping ? I know some ppl have a missed miscarriage where they have no symptoms but I did have some light pink bleeding it just went away
