Second Letrozole cycle - first was a fail. It looked like this might be too. Had a false “almost positive” string of tests last week. Symptoms are ALL HERE and I think I finally got my peak. I could cry 😭😭😭 in my combined 3 years of TTC, the only other time I’ve ever seen one of these (after peeing on approximately 1000) was when I got pregnant with my son - also a Letrozole cycle.

I HAD TO SHARE because this is sooooo exciting! I’ve been waiting 7 months just to SEE a positive ovulation test.
