I had lot of bleeding 10 days ago, ultrasound mentioned retroplacental bleed 6.8 ml. Doctor has told complete bedrest and given some progesterone supplements. Anyone who has faced this and know how long it takes to heal? I am due for ultrasound again in 5 days but the bleeding is still present(little black blood every time i go to pee ) Thank god my baby is safe but I am terrified to my core. Plus bedrest is taking a toll on my mental health and i am always thinking, anxious and scared.. any advise please will be very helpful

P.S. I am 14 weeks pregnant, first pregnancy , 31 y
