Sciatic pain during pregnancy ??

Question

Hi is anyone else experiencing Sciatica ? I’m 19 weeks and I’m in SO much pain. I can barely walk. I am almost yelling at every step I take, sometimes I literally cry! 
Any suggestions on what to do ? I’m desperate and Tylenol does nothing! 
My pain is in my butt/ hip area and runs down my leg. My back feels fine. It’s like I’m stepping on a sword when I walk and my joints are locking in place.

Chiropractor. The only thing that helps me. I'm usually sore for a day or two after being adjusted. Sometimes if things are really bad I require another adjustment.

I bought a 3 piece belly band for pp and ended up using one of the lower bands around my hips/lower back and that helped alot.

Ah, I just went through this at 17 weeks. I tried it all, literally everything. The stretch’s, hot packs, Tylenol, warm baths, just resting. Nothing worked. 
I’m a L&D nurse and I couldn’t even walk down the hallways, I would grip the rails and just try to not cry. My OB happened to notice one day and he gave me a steroid shot in the hip/leg that was hurting the most and night and day difference within 12 hours. I saw a chiropractor the next day and have seen one weekly since. I’m 20 weeks and have very minimal back pain now.
