Bloody show 38+1

I had an "aggressive cervical check yesterday" as she quoted because normally my office doesnt offer sweeps until 39 weeks but i wasnt really crampy at all after i felt fine nor did i bleed but ive been losing my mucus plug for the last week now but this morning everytime i wipe im getting my mucus plug but with blood. Is that my bloody show and what happens next ive never labored on my own or had this happen i also feel achy in my legs and naseous (@ my appt i was 3cm dilated)
