Me and my wife have a 6 month old and we decided she would stay home. My wife has been saying things lately that I'm wondering if she just wants to go back to work. She asked me if I thought women who work hate their kids. I said no. She went on a rent 20 minutes ago about how if I go to work that's fine and I'm a provider but if she was to go back to work everyone would call her a terrible mom. I asked who everyone is and she said just people. I said if she means people who have nothing better to do than talk shit behind a keyboard then they don't matter because nobody in our life would think that. It's things she says like that. I know she's gone through some PPD. She's back on Zoloft. She's been talking like this for a month and should I just straight up ask if she wants to go back to work? Or be maybe be more indirect about it and just say I wouldn't be mad if she wanted to.
