Rainbow baby?

So i need help gang....i just had a miscarriage on November 18th. Is it possible for hcg to be in my system from that long ago or is this a positive from a new pregnancy? Last i remember from my doc appt they said my levels were back to normal but its been hectic and i really cant remember

Sorry for your precious loss. Hcg can take as long as 4-6 weeks to go back to zero. I had a miscarriage with my first baby and I was about 7 week along in pregnancy.... it took about 6 weeks for my hcg levels to go back to zero. So it can take a while. It can really depend on how far along you were when you miscarried as well. The further along, the higher the hcg. Also, if you had a natural miscarriage, it would take longer than if you had a d&c procedure done. Just sharing all the insight I know of! But since it's been about 8 weeks, I'd say the likelihood is a new pregnancy! I hope that's the case and that you have a healthy pregnancy journey😊
