Ultrasound Question

**2nd Update**

Baby was born at 13 weeks. He was so tiny.

**UPDATE with ultrasound picture**

We saw the baby!! They were jumping from side to side! The heart rate did go down from last time. At 8 weeks the heart rate was 170 and now at 11 weeks 4 days it’s at 150. Is this normal?

I am 11 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I am 234 lbs with an apron belly and I have PCOS. I have scheduled an elective abdominal ultrasound with a private company since I am terrified of losing another baby. The last time I had an ultrasound it was transvaginal and everything looked good. I am now terrified that when I go in for the ultrasound that they aren’t going to be able to see the baby because I am so overweight. My question is are they even going to be able to see the baby or am I just too fat and they won’t be able to see them?
