miscarriage??

I am 6 weeks and started progesterone two days ago, does this look like the start of a miscarriage?

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. 
Miscarriage can look and feel different for everyone, but not all bleeding necessarily means it’s a miscarriage. I had bleeding early on with all three of my pregnancies and none of them ended in miscarriage. 2/3 of my bleeding was from a subchorionic hemorrhage, which was discovered in the ER both times. When I had bleeding with my first I never went to the ER because I just assumed it was a miscarriage so I grieved, but at my first appointment 2 days later we found a heartbeat and no evidence or explanation for the bleeding. 
Regardless of the cause, any bleeding like this warrants a call to your dr for advice. Since it’s the weekend they may advise you to go to the ER to be seen asap, or they will tell you to go on pelvic rest until you can be seen by your normal OB next week.
