At 12 weeks based on the nub the sono tech said it absolutely had to be a bit based on the angle and she was right.

At 12 weeks they both have a nub, it progressively disappears after. You cannot know the gender for sure via ultrasound at 12 weeks

This was mine at 13 weeks & 6 day🦋. I am now 15 weeks & 3 days.

I did sneak peek at 6 weeks and NIPT confirmed baby girl. I think you can usually see babies gender more clear between 14 and 15 weeks. I would personally wait until anatomy scan for confirmation if you do not have another scan before then. I also did sneak peek with my last pregnancy and it was correct with a baby boy, confirmed via NIPT.
