I remember when he choked me because I went through his phone ….i was devastated. Will he do it again? Maybe I made him mad by invading his privacy I get it but I don’t think I deserved to be choked and slammed to the floor….he got so violent. I just hope it never happens again. He said he lost control and he was sorry and it will never happen again . I love my husband and I want to believe him but idk what to do besides pray
