Please tell me I'm not alone

So I have patulous Eustachian tube in my right ear if you don't know what that is it's where my tube stays open instead of wanting to open and close like when you yawn or swallow.

I'm so scared and worried about giving birth with it, because I can't breathe through my nose, blow or sniffle in because it moves my ear drum back and forth and it sounds like a loud whooshing roar in my ear and it hurts even. I don't know how I'm going to breathe through the contractions

I have seen an ent by the way, and there's nothing he can do besides plug my Eustachian tube which will be about 10k because my insurance doesn't cover it, so as far as I know it's not fixable lol 🥲
