Successful pregnancies after early ovulation

I’m only on CD 13 but based on my Inito readings, I may have ovulated CD 7. On a previous cycle, I also had a positive OPK on CD 8 and then had another positive CD 16 (as if my body tried to ovulate, didn’t and then actually did). So I may have another LH spike in a few days…Has anyone ovulated early and had a successful pregnancy?
