Changing a poop diaper and I was opening up her vagina to clean inside and I noticed her “inner labia” right above her bum hole when I opened it it was sooo red

I used a warm wash cloth to pat it and then I dried it I’m just nervous to put anything in it

We see the doctor Wednesday so I can bring it up . I’m just hoping it’s gone by tomorrow when she wakes up maybe it got irritated with poop in it.

Ugh so nervous!!! Any suggestions has this happened to Anyone before with there baby girl?
