My baby just turned 7 months and..

My baby just turned 7 months and he refused to roll for back to belly. Refuses to crawl every time we do tummy time. ANY time we put him on his belly he goes to his back right away. I wanna say he’s more on the chunky side and he loves to stand and jump. Is this normal? Or should I be trying to get him to crawl even more? He cries and screams when I try
