I’m 4/5dop what does this mean

I had like discharging watery yellowish pinkish stuff spotting today and that was around like 1:00pm it comes and goes. When I wiped it hasn’t been any darker it hasn’t been any consistent. I have not had any signs of when I’m going to get my period I get very very crampy I haven’t been it’s more of an uncomfortable feeling and I feel very like sick to my stomach.
