For me, they were higher up on my stomach, closer to my belly button and they were very uncomfortable. Felt like someone was squeezing at my stomach and they lasted about an hour!

For me i get them down in the foof area, that’s where my labours always start too! Like a heavy ache, feeling like a large pressure is pushing down.
