When is the best time to do opk?

I’m wanting to start ttc soon and I want to have an idea of when ovulation happens for me using OPKs. When did you get the most accurate results using opks?

Personally the stress of perfect timing and drinking exactly the right amount and holding my urine and whatever else drove me insane and really wasn’t necessary. I tested throughout the day multiple times a day for months and months!! And then switched to once a day in the am with a digital and got pregnant within 2 cycles. It takes all the guess work out. Both babies were conceived after switching to digital and not messing with all the other hullabaloo. The testing and squinting and timing was just so stressful and didn’t help me at all. I was consumed with testing and tracking and analyzing everything. I 100% credit my babies to digital opks and not stressing.

As the line gets darker twice midday. Between 11-4PM. I do every day at 11 until it gets darker than I switch to 11 and 3 once I feel it’s getting closer to positive

Multiple times a day. No FMU, want to start afternoon, I usually say roughly 10am-12pm, 3-4pm & 8-9pm. You can test more or less depending on the cycle day.
