Irritable Uterus

Anyone been diagnosed with an irritable uterus? I’m 22 weeks was diagnosed yesterday. So far today, I’ve have 20ish contractions. I’ve been put on rest from work till Wednesday. What has helped you? Did you get put on medical leave because of it? Any I sight is helpful!
