Can stress induce Braxton hicks / contractions
I’ve been having a pretty severe anxiety attack for about the past 2 hours and have been having a hard time calming myself down and now I’m having cramping low and around to my back I didn’t really have contractions with my first so I don’t remember what they feel like should I be worried that my anxiety may have caused contractions is that possible ?
