Had a sweep Friday because I was already dilating and I was 1cm and the doctor told me I was in early stages of labour, yesterday what I thought was my mucus plug it was bloody and stringy however came to today and I woke up and I had nothing then a few hours later I had this come out (second picture below ) and have been having period cramping and some pressure in my belly ever since , please tell me it's a sign, I'm giving up hope😩!
