I currently work from home 3 days a week but would prefer to work from home permanently. I’m not sure how to approach my boss about it.

I’ve worked for the company for 5 years and for the last 3 years my figures and output has been higher than other people in the office.

My reason to want to work from home is due to the bitchiness in the office, I just want to get on with my job and get paid at the end of the month.

I don’t want to go in and face a horrible atmosphere and then go home feeling like rubbish.

But I don’t know how to make my reasoning clear without sounding unprofessional.
