HELP!! Positive LH after clomid

CD 15, LH test this afternoon was 1.75 per premom. Just took one a few minutes ago that was 2.24. My doctor advised intercourse every other day so tomorrow is the next day for intercourse. Should I have it today as well? Never had a test this high before.
