Possible miscarriage?

It has been the weirdest week. Monday night, my husband and I were intimate. Immediately after, I realize I'm bleeding. I had just had a "period" two weeks before so I was very concerned I was bleeding again. I took a pregnancy test and it was blazing positive. I bleed red and pink all night. The next day I go to the doctor and get bloodwork done. HCG is 1029. I figure I could be anywhere from 4-6 weeks pregnant. Not sure when I ovulated as I thought I had just had a period.

The last two days I've been spotting brown and it seems to increase if I'm more active. Going to get more bloodwork done tomorrow.

I feel like this is most likely a miscarriage but I keep grasping at straws thinking maybe there's hope 😩

Anyone ever had anything similar happen?
