Feeling worse then ever

Hey July mums to be .. I’m a first time mum and could do with some feedback. Iv been feeling really shit. I was sick for 24hours, I work a nanny so mixing with other children and bugs. I ache all over I feel like I have a fever.. no high temperature so not sure if it is a fever. Sore throat but is that from being sick? Or is this a bug I’m carrying or have a hit a spike again with hormones I’m 16 weeks on Monday so currently 15w4d I’m due my 16 week check up in a few days ..
