TTC postpartum with no period yet

My babe is 7 months old and I haven’t gotten my period yet. He still breastfeeds VERY often I’m talking every 2-2.5 hours all day and night so I know this is definitely affecting my period coming back. My husband and I want to try to conceive baby #2 between June-September, I know that seems kind of far away but I’m a very type A planner and not having a cycle to track and know of I’m ovulating and able to get pregnant is driving me crazyyy!!!

Has anyone had a similar situation and ended up pregnant? I’m hoping the closer we get to him being a year old he’ll start to wean a little and I’ll get my cycle back 🤞🏻 thank you 🫶🏼
