Bleeding on the day of my BFP??

I have been testing like crazy and this is the first day I got a line, but then started bleeding . ￼ has anyone bled the same day they got a positive test?

Could also be implantation bleeding

I personally haven’t, but I have had friends who have and had normal full term pregnancies. I’d go see your care provider just to be safe though. ❤️
