Making me.crazy here!

So, period in december started 20th, did opk tests, found ovulation date, baby dance several times before and after ovulation. Short light period jan 18th, started process again. Today (day 12 of current cycle) went to er for pain (not related to fertility or uterus). They did blood hcg to rule out pregnancy before doing radiology tests, came back 7.3. Repeat hcg and progesterone in 2 days. Anyone have a similar story that resulted in successful. pregnancy. I want to hope but trying not to as i think very poor chances but wanted to see if anyone had positive stories
