light brown discharge

i have an iud for almost 2 years and have had light brown discharge for almost 3 weeks now.. couple days before when my period was supposed to come, then i didnt get my “period” but when it was supposed to be here i had pinkish/blood spotting for 2 days and then back to just brown discharge for about 2 weeks. occasional cramping, the week of my period i had one bad cramp, went to the gyno to see if my iud moved and she said all was well. my next period isnt until another 2 & 1/2 weeks… i shouldnt be pregnant as i have an iud and my bf doesnt finish inside… anyone experience this? attached pics below sorry for TMI
