33 weeker NICU baby (now 3 weeks)
Her Dr is switching her to Neosure from HMF. For NICU parents that's been through this...how long was it before discharge once this change was made? I have a feeder-grower so shd is at the "just completing 75%-85% of her bottles in a 24 HR timeframe (47ml per bottle) and she is currently consuming around 22ml-34ml per bottle and the rest is being NG(tube) fed.
