Anyone have ultra sound at 4 weeks?

Has anyone had an ultra sound at 4 week? And if so could you please post the picture?  I had one and I'm just nervous...

I'm going for one tomorrow I will be 4 weeks and 5 days.

Thank you! I could see a sac really but there was something she measured though I'm just nervous after loosing twins in august :(
