If you are looking for contraceptives, spermicide may be an option. It is not as reliable as condoms or birth control but is a prevenative measure. FAM, fertility awareness method, may be useful too. Maybe trying different brands of condoms to compare could be a good discussion starter.

Sex is better without condom for both sexes, and I think it desensitize the men even more than us. That being said, he is equally responsible for birth control as you are - talk to him to find a solution. You could start something or he could snipp it if you’re done, or you could start tracking and use condom or abstain only on fertile days which is about 5 days a month. Be a team :)
